If you believe we have handled your personal data wrongly, you have a legal right to complain to us directly — and we have a legal duty to look into it.
Under section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018, you can complain to us about how we have processed your personal data. These are the steps we follow, and the timescales we are bound by.
Use this form for complaints about how Praesova has handled your personal data — for example, if you think we hold something inaccurate, have shared something we should not have, have not acted on a request to delete or export your data, or have kept your information longer than we should.
You do not have to use the form. A complaint made any other way counts exactly the same, and the same timescales apply.

Data Protection ComplaintsThis page is specifically for complaints about your personal data. For anything else — an account problem, a billing question, a technical fault, or reporting another user — the contact page will get you a faster answer.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any point — you do not have to come to us first. But raising it with us usually resolves things faster, and the ICO will normally ask whether you have.
