Praesova was founded by a solo founder with a military background and close ties to the UK security industry through years of friendships with SIA-licensed operators.
Those conversations made the same problem impossible to ignore: operators rebuilt their CV from scratch for every agency, chased their own licence and First Aid renewals on paper, and lost their reputation the moment a contract ended. The career belonged to everyone except the person who'd earned it.
In April 2026, he started building Praesova — a Career Passport operators own and take anywhere, with licences verified against the SIA register, qualifications and expiry dates tracked automatically, and a neutral training marketplace alongside the work. The platform launched publicly in June 2026.
