Is it free to sign up?
Yes — creating an account is free for everyone: professionals, clients and training providers. No card required. Professional accounts are free at our current introductory rate, including browsing, applying and messaging — clients and training providers pay only when they post.
Will professional pricing stay free forever?
£0 is an introductory rate while we're building — the standard price will be £5.99/mo. We'll give plenty of notice before that changes, and professionals who join now will be looked after when it does.
How does client pricing work?
Two ways to pay, no commission either way. Hire occasionally? Post a single job from £49 (introductory rate). Hire regularly? Subscribe for £650 a year and post unlimited jobs with unlimited hires — and we never take a percentage of what you pay your professionals. Job listings have no fixed end date: every 60 days we'll ask whether a job is still active, and if we don't hear back within 7 days it's archived, free to restore in one click. Every business account also gets a team sheet for its regular staff: free for up to 10 people, unlimited on the annual plan. Want to proactively search and contact professionals rather than wait for applicants? Passport & CV Search is coming soon as an optional monthly extra.
How does course listing pricing work?
One flat £30 fee per course listing. Each listing covers up to 4 dates, so you can plan ahead; for more dates, post a second listing. Listing regularly? The £350 annual plan gives you unlimited listings. There's no fixed end date: after 60 days we'll ask whether a course is still active, and confirming keeps it live for another 60. If we don't hear back within 7 days it's archived, and you can restore it any time in one click at no extra cost.
How does anonymous bidding work?
Professionals submit bids with their proposed rate and availability, but their identity (name, profile) remains hidden from the client until the client chooses to shortlist them. This prevents bias and undercutting in the selection process.
Can I cancel my client subscription?
Yes, any time — there's no contract or notice period. Your unlimited plan runs to the end of the current billing period, then simply reverts to pay-as-you-go. Your listings and history are kept exactly as they were.
