If you lose the phone with the authenticator app on it, you will not be able to sign in. There is no self-service way back in; you would have to email privacy@praesova.co.uk and have it removed manually, and we have to be sure it is really you first.
Most authenticator apps let you back up or export your codes — set that up now, not later.
What this protects, honestly.
It secures signing in through this website. It is not yet enforced at the database layer, so it is a strong barrier rather than an absolute one. Turning it on is still a clear improvement over a password alone — and it is the thing that has to exist first before the stricter check can be switched on.

Everything Praesova holds about you, in one file. It's yours — this is your career record, and you can take it anywhere. The file is JSON, which any developer tool or spreadsheet importer can read.

Delete Your Account
Permanently deletes your account and the data below. This cannot be undone — it takes effect immediately, there is no grace period or restore, and we cannot recover it for you afterwards.

What we have to keep
Records of payments you made, for six years — UK company and tax law requires this, and it overrides a deletion request. Your name is removed from them; only the transaction remains.
Messages you sent to other people stay in their inbox, shown as from a deleted account. We can't reach into someone else's conversation.
The fact that an application, enquiry or booking happened — but nothing about you. The company or training provider sees "Deactivated account" where your name was, so their own records don't develop unexplained gaps. Your name, email, phone number and anything you typed are deleted.
